My approach derives from several years of under-the-bar training and observing, and incorporates methods used by Jim Wendler, Louie Simmons, John Meadows, Dave Tate, and Joe DeFranco.

Ryan inspires others to set and achieve goals in the weight room, in the classroom, and in sports and life.
With his Midwestern values and down-to-Earth attitude, Ryan has made it his duty to promote veganism and animal rights through vegan bodybuilding. Growing up in Big Horn, Wyoming, Ryan was a multi-sport athlete. But it was only with his success in college football that Ryan realized the power of weightlifting. As he spent more and more time in theweight room, his success inside and outside the gym increased.
Ryan began to treat his body as a means of expression, a statement of power, compassion, dedication, and self-discipline. The only thing bigger than his body is his personality.
